How to Order
Please email a completed order form and your tax collection exemption certificate (first orders only) to [email protected], or email me to request an order form. Once the completed order form is received and approved, I will email an invoice in return. Once invoice has been paid, your order will be fulfilled. First orders have a minimum of $150, and reorders have a minimum of $100. There are no restrictions on quantity per style.
Payment
Payment is required prior to order fulfillment. Payment may be made via cash, check, or Square (card, bank transfer, Cash App Pay, Afterpay) after an invoice is dispatched.
Shipping
Orders ship approximately 1-4 weeks from order date. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Shipping cost will be listed on your invoice and is dependent on weight and volume. Local orders (DSM Metro area) can be dropped off/picked up in person for free. Orders paid by check will ship once the check is cleared.
Returns & Refunds
I take pride in providing quality products and want to ensure that you love your purchase as much as I loved making it! Refunds and exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. Any changes to your order must be emailed within 24 hours of placing the order. To return or exchange defective or damaged merchandise, please email within 7 days of receiving your order.
