Shipping Policy

Shipping Method:

• All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from Iowa.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days (excluding Sundays).
• Free local pickup in the Des Moines Metro area is available.

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Order Tracking:

• You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. A USPS tracking number is included with every order.

Additional Information:

• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond my control, such as weather, holidays or carrier delays. Due to this, I am unable to provide a guaranteed delivery date. 
• Shipping is currently only available within the United States.

I take pride in providing quality products and want to ensure that you love your purchase as much as I loved making it! Refunds and exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund:

• Items must be defective or damaged to qualify for refund or exchange.
• Refunds or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
• I am not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered during purchase.

Options for Resolution:

• Exchange: Receive a replacement of the same item.

• Refund: Receive a full refund for the defective or damaged item.
